- English as a Second Language (ESL) classes at Wake Technical Community College offer students opportunities to increase their speaking, listening, reading and writing skills. The classes assist students in pre-employment preparation, community interaction, cultural enrichment and professional advancement. There is no charge for ESL classes and students may enroll at each site until classes are full. Classes are held at 201 Methodist Drive, Garner New student registration 9/1, 9/8, 10/6 and 10/20 at 9:30 a.m. No classes on 9/7. Childcare for children ages 1-5 available TThF for a small fee.
